Morones Survey of Commercial Litigation Fees
Serena Morones has conducted a survey of commercial litigation hourly rates in the Portland, Oregon area since 2002. Daniel H. Skerritt and David B. Markowitz commissioned Ms. Morones to conduct a survey of commercial litigation attorney fee rates in Portland, for the purpose of developing accurate market data to support their expert testimony in attorney fee disputes.
Ms. Morones has published survey results to survey participants for 2002, 2004, 2006 and 2008. She also provides customized reports to firms involved in attorney fee petitions.
